One of our current customers, a law recruitment company were looking to move into a larger office due to rapid growth in the business. With the office move, they would be doubling their current space. They wished to use external funding as opposed to using their existing bank facilities.

Solution

As this customer was previously known to us, we referred them to one of our office re-fit suppliers who we felt would best suit their needs. We also knew that as they are based in London the supplier would be close too.

Result

Fit Out Finance recommended an appropriate supplier and ensured there was funding in place to match the term of their office lease, leaving existing bank lines in place for their working capital requirements.
