Pay and benefits
At Fit Out Finance we pay above what is deemed to be the minimum amount. As well as complying with all national regulations on pay and benefits and to support equal pay for work of equal value.
Fit Out Finance does comply with national regulations on working hours. Furthermore, we ensure that on a regularly scheduled basis our employees are not required to work more than 48 hours a week. Also, employees are permitted at least one none working day per seven days on average.
Each individual should be free to choose terminate their employment at Fit Out Finance. This is in accordance with established laws, rules and regulations. For instance, Fit Out Finance will not under any circumstances use any type of involuntary or forced labour, including indentured, bonded, slave or human trafficked labour.
