What is hybrid working?
Hybrid working is when employees split their time between working in an office and working at home. However, you can also work in other locations away from the office. This includes places like coffee shops or libraries. Whether you prefer to work in an office or away somewhere else, there is never going to be a one size fits all solution. This is why a lot of companies are now turning to hybrid working. It gives staff an option to work how they see fit, as well as keeping productivity to a high. It also ensures that companies are offering a solution for all their employees. There have been studies both for and against hybrid working, however we believe at Fit Out Finance that offering employees an option and letting them choose is the most effective and successful way.
How can Fit Out Finance help you?
Here at Fit Out Finance we are a hybrid working space. We have two business development managers, Freya and Tracey working here. Tracey works from home most of the time, however, sometimes ventures into the office for whole company meetings and nights out! On the other hand, Freya works in our High Wycombe office full time. As the world opens back up and more people meet, Freya is confident that she will be get out and meet customers, partners, and suppliers. Offering the option to both with such mixed results has been met with great enthusiasm. This is another reason why we believe this option creates more productivity!
Here at Fit Out Finance we offer leasing options to help you fund your next office refurbishment. Whether you want to open your office to include more collaborative spaces, or want to create quieter pods for working, we can help. We can provide finance for several sectors, including but not limited to office refurbishments, restaurants, warehouses, and retail.
