A long established company, this customer has been struggling through the recession where working capital was drained. After a period of recent recovery, they therefore needed more office space to house new employees, and plan for future growth.
Solution
In 2014, they moved to new offices in London, and made the decision to finance this project. Fit Out Finance therefore split this project over multiple easily manageable finance agreements.
The project included office furniture and a full office fit out. This included partitioning and doors, flooring, heating cooling, ventilation and a telephone system.
Result
